healthy snacks

I know, I also have the cravings of having deep fried potato pan cakes, burgers etc but when I see the oil dripping from them I feel like running away to a parallel universe.


Its red skin potatoes, snap peas and scallions very lightly fried in olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar has been added to give a sweet flavor. Trust me I polished off the plate Β in one go πŸ™‚

Its not hard to cook food. This I have learned .I just only want to know how to knead the dough then I will be much happier πŸ™‚
